LCS Clinic Registry

Many smaller clinics simply do not have the resources or facilities to manage the ongoing need for training and updating of staff. We provide this service to our clients and external groups in order to ensure that there is a "one stop shop" approach to the whole regulatory compliance process.

Both initial (pre-registration) and ongoing (after registration) training and update education is provided with annual refresher courses which meet the needs for continuous staff development and training.

The LCS Clinic Registry covers:

· Audit (4 complete clinical audits with instructions and all forms and reports)

· Clinical Governance (information and guidance on clinical governance

and how to assess your clinic)

· Health & Safety (information on the risk assessment process and all necessary

forms and reports)

· Human Resources (including practising privileges, staff appraisal and data

protection registration forms)

· COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health, instructions and forms for assessments)

· Complete Laser Protection Advice (Local Rules & Report) and support paperwork

· Specimen consultation, consent, pre and post treatment forms and client treatment

record forms

· General Support Paperwork (forms for meeting records, incidents, preventative

maintenance and PAT testing)

The Commission is now demanding evidence of compliance with policies and regulations. The LCS Clinic Registry will help you create and maintain this evidence without the headaches of designing paperwork from scratch!

The Clinic Registry is reviewed and updated annually for you to ensure it remains current and meets your needs.
